RECEIVED REPLACEMENT CONTROLLER

I received my replacement controller(bottom part of my Freedom Processor) for my cracked one yesterday. I twisted the cracked one off and the new one on.....very easy. Works fine! I also made an appointment with my Audie for my next mapping on February 21st. Today, I filled out the return paperwork, and will return the cracked controller to Cochlear Corp. with the prepaid FEDEX shipping label they sent me.
